Seventh Wave is for leaders who want straight answers and clear deliverables. This comes from a career spent at the helm of some of Ireland's leading agencies through an industry transformed by digital, where standing still was never an option.

My most recent role was Managing Director of OMD Ireland and Board Director of Omnicom Media, leading OMD through a period of significant growth, winning major accounts and expanding the team. Before that, I was Deputy MD of Mediaworks at Core, where I also sat on the group's senior management team. My role as a Board Director at OwensDDB gave me a clear understanding of the commercial return that comes from truly integrating media and creative. For five years, I served on the Board of IAPI (Institute of Advertising Practitioners of Ireland), helping to steer the wider industry.

Originally from Skibbereen, my motivation has always been the same: focus on what matters, back it with evidence and deliver work that moves the metrics. The businesses I'm most energised by are the ones in motion — transforming, adapting, backing themselves to do something different. I have partnered with organisations across key sectors including retail, banking, utilities and FMCG, and the work has been recognised with multiple industry awards.

AI is fundamentally changing the way business works. To lead clients through that shift, I recently earned a Distinction in an Advanced AI Diploma from UCD. My focus remains the same: delivering practical commercial outcomes. Not hype. Not complexity for its own sake. Just clarity on what AI means for your business and what to do about it.
